They noticed that some categories have been targeted by scammers and we want to exclude all the ones that have over 1,000.
Hint: If you want to exclude the categories with total sales over 10,000 dollars or average sales over 1,000 dollars, it means you want to include categories with total sales less or equal to 10,000 AND with an average sales less or equal to 1,000.
If you don't recall, you'll be using shopify_sales table which has these columns:
