Your LinkedIn profile is a better and more complete version of your resume.

Just like you take the time to improve your resume, you should apply the same care to your LinkedIn profile. If you don't, let me be straight with you, you're just losing the race and getting more job seekers get ahead of you!

Before diving into improving your page, you need to know that it is divided into 3 main sections (these are the most important to me!):

• Section 1 (in purple): this is what they will see first - it has your name, your headline and your picture. This is the first impression that they will get. If that doesn't stand out, they will likely not even scroll down to the next section
• Section 2 (in red): this is where you will talk about your experience and skills. And you need to leverage this section to get more visibility from recruiters
• Section 3 (in brown): This is the list of experience you have - they will definitely skim through it to check if you're fit for the role.
